Is your jewelry real gold?

Yes. Every piece is certified 14K or 18K gold — nothing less.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes — three ways. Pay in installments with Afterpay at online checkout; use our layaway plan ($10 down, pay over 3 months, interest-free, no credit needed); or finance through Snap Finance. Ask us which works best for you.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — every piece comes with a 3-month warranty. If anything happens, contact us and we'll take care of you.

Do you do repairs?

Yes — we repair any jewelry, no matter where it was purchased. Repairs start at $50. Stop by the boutique or contact us for a quote.

Do you make custom pieces?

Yes — custom pieces are available on request. Message us on Instagram @zoellaoro or contact the boutique to start yours.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 1–3 business days after your order ships. We currently ship within the United States only.

Is my package insured?

Yes — orders ship via FedEx, and insurance is calculated by FedEx at the time of shipment.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final — we don't accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing, and reach out with any questions first; see our refund policy. Remember every piece is covered by the 3-month warranty.

Is checkout secure?

Yes — payments are encrypted and processed by Square. We never see or store your card details.

How do I care for my gold pieces?

Put jewelry on last — after perfume, lotion, and hairspray.
Take pieces off before swimming, showering, or working out; chlorine and sweat dull gold.
Wipe with a soft cloth after wearing, and store each piece separately so they don't scratch.
For a deeper clean, use warm water with a drop of mild soap and a soft brush, then dry completely.
Bring your pieces by the boutique anytime — we're happy to clean and check them for you.
